Hurricane. That’s on my mind! My big tree out front is half down.

I can't get enough of this Cleavers Cleanse!
I have loads of Cleavers (Sticky Willie) in the garden, which is a fantastic lymph cleanser, so I've been infusing it in filtered water overnight and drinking it throughout the day.
Normally when I drink a lot of water, I have to p*e all the time but have noticed that the infused water seems to be absorbed better and I am really feeling the benefit of drinking it!
I was having a conversation with .jenwilson , The Healing Rebel last weekend about this and she said that even adding a pinch of salt to the water will mineralise it meaning it gets into our cells rather than passing straight through!
Very interesting indeed so I will continue drinking my Cleavers infused water so long as I have it in my garden!
This is such a simple thing to do but it has a powerful cleansing effect on our lymphatic system!
It can also be juiced but I don't have a juicer so I'm happy infusing it instead!
It tastes like a cross between peas and cucumber!

Howdy! I’m sitting out back in paradise…. Listening to my chimes … enjoying a gentle breeze! Just being thankful and counting my blessings! Troy’s better. I’m feeling much better. Thank God! I don’t have time to waste sitting around being sick!!!!

My goodness… it’s been a while since I’ve been here…. And due to family health issues , I’ve not posted as frequently on YouTube. However…. Troy is out of the hospital and doing much better. I’m hoping to get back to my normal schedule…3 videos s week!

I apologize for not being active here for a while. Just wanted to let you know that our son in law passed away Sunday morning. His service will be Friday at 2 pm at Pace-Stancil in Cleveland. Thank you for all your concern and prayers. He is resting now with Jesus. He fought a long hard battle with pancreatic cancer.

Good evening, friends! Whew!!!! my internet and I have had a wearying situation! Its just so slow at times. When I can't upload on the promised day, it upsets me. So, I have a remedy. I am gonna still upload 3 times a week, but not promising a certain day. Hopefully it will still be on the same days, but, if something happens....just be sure you've hit the bell to be notified when I upload another video!
With our current situation with Troy.....this will be a stress reliever.
