Friend and family, If you have an ecobee thermostat and all electric system, your heat may not be working this morning. There is a default setting that will not allow the heat to turn on below 35°, this can be changed by going to the menu, settings, installation settings, thresholds, minimum outdoor compressor temperature and lower it below 35.

We know many people install their own smart thermostats and this may save you on a service call. If you or someone you know is still not heating you can always call us for service.
