Dear friends, today we bid farewell to our brother Kevin”Geordie “Walker in his adopted home town of Prague. His immediate family, close friends and band mates were in attendance, joining each other in grief and sharing the love we all felt towards him and each other.
A beautiful service of heartfelt sentiments and anecdotes and a gathering thereafter in his local bar which he would have enjoyed immensely.
It’s hard to envision when or how this disparate group of people who were bound together by Geordie and by Killing Joke will find reason to be together again with hope in our hearts, but the love we share is powerful as evidenced today.
I pray we find a way forward ,to honor him, his children, the influence he has had and above all the forty five or so years we have journeyed together.
We are all bereft but are connected to something far greater than ourselves, something intangible. Call it love.
I am so grateful to Geordie for the music and the faith and more than ever grateful for that love.
Thank you all today for the hugs and for sharing this journey.
Rest In Peace Geords with Raven at that great gig in the sky.

Frank lived in the house on Portland Road where KJ and malicious damage records were birthed and he thankfully took photos of our early foray’s, giggling and recording, and of the friends who helped establish the band in those early days.
A valued documentation of KJ’s infancy and a painstaking job sorting through and printing from the now archaic form of celluloid, Frank has done beautiful work with the layout and editing of this quality book.

A fun gig nevertheless. Thank you all who could attend.
