One of the best days of the year at Sunrise… Grandparents Day!

Thank you to the hundreds of grandparents that came to school today (some from as far as Iowa and Texas!) to be with their grandchild! Lots of smiles and excitement on campus! ❤️🦬 🥰

One of the projects we are excited about on campus in the new mural that Mrs. Barney’s Advanced Art class is working on! The mural will be located in the alcove outside of the new gym.

We would like to thank Larry Easterly, a 12th Grader at Sunrise, and his friends from Boy Scout Troop 662 for building some beautiful picnic benches for out by our football field!! The benches will be well used by our students and families. Thank you Larry! 🦬❤️

Lots of things happening at school today… our summer program had a water day, our maintenance crews are working hard to get classrooms ready for students, and cement is being poured for new sidewalks.

Boys entering Grades 3rd-6th....come to our Football Camp and learn from SCA Coaches and All-Conference Players! This camp is taught by our Varsity Football Coach and will focus on the fundamentals necessary to be successful in the spread offense.

This year our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders each wrote and published a book in English and Chinese about colors. Over 100 books were beautifully designed by our students.

Yesterday was the Class of 2024's last day on campus! We are so proud of you all and will miss each one of you. We pray you will live for the Lord Jesus and be a light to a dark world!

Sunrise Christian Academy Sunrise Christian Academy is a non-denominational Christian school emphasizing Academic Excellence.

Thank you to Joe Woodward and the rest of the team at Student Startup who presented about their organization at our Junior High Chapel. This organization helps coach young people to become entrepreneurs and start their own lawn or babysitting business.

We hope many of our students will take advantage of this program over the summer!
