I have been a landlord for 15 years.
It has certainly been a very interesting [and often incredibly stressful] time in my life. I have learned a lot of things & met some amazing people along the way.
As of 20th June, I will no longer be a landlord. I am getting out of the business altogether & this FB page will be closed down.
There are many reasons behind my decision. Those who know me will understand why I'm getting out & those who don't, likely won't care.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank all my tenants [yes, even the not so great ones], past and present for choosing my properties to live in.
I wish all of you the very best & hope that you will always have a safe roof over your heads and light and love in your lives!

With the snow forecasted for Sunday and Monday the province has been working with service providers across the province to increase capacity for people experiencing homelessness to have access supports if they need them.

Anyone looking for emergency supports including shelter beds can call 211 to be connected to services in their community.
