What You Will Be Doing

Support the good functioning of the F&B area in order to improve the customer experience

Make minor and major repairs to the F&B equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.

Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and keep track of scheduled maintenance procedures.

Material needs a report for maintenance and cleaning activities.

Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as dishwashing, sweeping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing.

Ensure that all F&B area are serviced according to standards.

Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.

Deal with complaints/requests from clients with professionalism and patience

Guarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and night

Report any irregularities in the F&B Manager property

Support for the management of suppliers.

What You Need For The Role

Prior experience in Hotel/Hostels

Work under pressure

Multitasking

Experience in Maintenance and Cleaning activities

Client service skills
