Here is a case of direct composite restoration on maxillary right central and lateral incisors..tooth was filled with old discolored composite restoration.. removed it and filled with composite restoration.. sometimes it's difficult to match the shade of hypoplastic enamel..here trying to do as near as possible...

It's always pleasure to do this type of cases where we try to give better esthetic to patient and give their ideal smile..
In this case patient fall down..and broke her lower incisors and misplaced upper incisors.. upper we save but lower hase to removed.. there is multiple injuries on face too.. laceration on lip, nose , took many hours to clean, debrite,stiches it , and remove fracture fragments of teeth..this was a long case as healing phase was there..but finally got these results..all described in photos..and try to get back patient before trauma smile or previous smile..🙂

Isolation is the key to success of restorative and endodontic dental treatments..it will improve access, visibility and reduce contamination which are important factor any successful dental treatments..one of the best isolation method is rubber dam...

It's always difficult to treat third molar.. here is tooth no 48 tooth is carious, pulpal involvement.. it's in occlusion..so decided to save it with RCT..during canal shaping because of limited opening of mouth it's difficult with RD.. during obturation used RD.. complete case in second appointment..distal canal is short compared mesial but lateral exit in apical third..mesials are fused at apical third..
3D cleaning and obturated canal with bioceramic sealer...🙏

Here..is a case of tooth no 36 where mesio mesial canal present..find catch there..hard to negotiate start with 8 no c- pilot.. finally complete negotiate and filled it....
With 3d cleaning..and single cone with dia-root bio ceramic sealer..🙏
