When we were expecting our first son, I began to think about how I could share with him my childhood traditions in Canada, blended with his father’s from Spain. Because some of my most endearing memories involve the holidays and the feeling of great anticipation for Santa, I crafted my first Christmas stocking. They are fully lined, have a large hanging loop, and come in two sizes: regular and lar
ge, perfect for little ones (and adults who wish they were little!). The most important feature of the stockings are their modern, whimsical feel. The bright polka-dot stockings are inspired by flamenco and my husband’s love of the music and culture. They are made from the same specialty textiles seen in the beautiful Andalusian flamenco dresses from southern Spain. You can find ¡Qué Mona!
