Dendro “Tied Up” Aether? My submission for days 1-3 of .art ‘s ! A little behind and not suuuper nsfw, but I had so much fun and itching to do more! Should I do more fanart or draw some OCs for this challenge? What do y’all think?

I forgot to post the static image of my reel. I almost got lost in the videos but those videos are less than a minute and I hope y'all take another glance at my art even if it's not paired with fun audio ☺️ I had a lot of fun making this guy, but was struggling with finishing him quickly. Somewhere along the way, I became... afraid to make art? It's weird because it's not like I stopped at any point fully but I took a long hiatus from it and getting back to it was terrifying. Like, what if I'm not good at it anymore, or what if no one actually cares anymore. Anyone else feel like that with something in their life? Anyway, if you rews this king ass post... I totally got too lazy to post this but I had so much fun participating in this telephone game with so many amazing artists! Please check out their works. It took us about a year and a few months to get through it due to life just keeping people busy but we get there and the result was too dope!

Happy New Year from Jayson and Kaleo~ Yesm I realize that this Jayson does not look like the last but I am really out of practice with him and I really find it hard to draw people who have that short of hair because if I draw his skull too round, it looks weird and it’s too wonky otherwise. I also struggle a with how far apart I actually want his eyes. I feel like I have a sold image of Jayson in my head but something changes every time I draw him DX Anyway!

Anywho, hope the new year brings something good with it because I know we could all use it. Keep your heads up everyone!

I was really just playing with a different method of inking here. I’m tired of trying to be super clean because I don’t like what it does to my Art. Art school was constantly telling me to clean my lines but I make the rules for my own Art. 😤

Due to some life stuff it took me way longer to do this than I intended. A lot has happened this month that I am not entirely ready to share with the world. This piece was supposed to be posted the second weekend of this month but here we are! Lol I’ll still finish the other ones too just to say I did lol. I am glad I decided to just do a very limited list this year though.

“They were roommates!” 🥵 I realized I hadn’t done any pieces with both my fave BNHA boys and I ship them something fierce. I may do some NSFW of them in the future (where they’re both aged up of course). They are 18+ in this image, mostly because that gesture Kiri makin ain’t innocent if you know what I mean lol.

This is actually going to be included in a cool project I’m doing with and so keep a look out for updates on that. I can’t tell you what it is yet but I’m super frickin excited!!!

So I took a lil bit to figure out a cute chibi style that I could draw use and that’s how Thao Thao came about. She’s not exactly chibi chibi but she is cute! I used my witch I drew for inktober as the inspiration. Honestly, I prefer this style in Traditional black ink but I still like it.

Do y’all wanna see more in this style? If so, do you prefer ink or digital?

Rose gold and dusty rose colors is the theme for now. I’m loving this color and it looks so good on my boys. Maybe it will make my posts more cohesive for a bit lol. I also wanna do more fashion and fluff with Jay and Kaleo. They’re the perfect couple for it and it’s a good exercise. Tryna speed back up.

Kaleo got a outfit so Jayson does too. I know it’s not Sunday but I had this one sitting around for a while so I wanted to post it sooner than later. Jay may not be as adventurous as Kaleo when it comes to his style but you know he still turns heads coming to brunch✨

Also I didn’t mean to have all the silly background stuff on Kaleo’s illustration but I uploaded the wrong one so I added it to Jayson’s too just for consistency lol

*looks through gallery to see what I haven’t post yet* The answer is A LOT. I’m trying y’all. I finally have a full-time job again and it’s not restive so when I’m at work, I wish I was at home drawing, which I’ve been writing a lot for Moon Boy so I haven’t been doing it even while at home. Even so, I still have a back-log of stuff and I’m starting to do more NSFW content that will be more prevalent on my Twitter. Making moves slowly but surely. There’s been a lot going on mentally but it’s not super serious. I’m just grateful to have a job finally, even if it’s definitely not what I wanna be doing even as my temporary source of income. Fu***ng hustle y’all. That’s all I’m gonna say. Hope your Sunday is going beautifully!

Music always inspires me creatively. I listen to pretty much all genres to get inspired in different ways. This illustration is inspired by Halocene and Lauren Babic’s song “When Demons Come to Life”. It’s such a powerful song about mental health brought to us by amazing musicians! If you get a chance. Go watch their video on YouTube and follow both and . Very much worth it.

Akeela, Kaleo’s momma, who is not tired and worn out by her child lol! I was doing a turnaround and realized I didn’t wanna do a fourth angle. I’m posting a bunch of stuff I had backed up she was also done a while back. If y’all read the mini comic I posted, she was definitely being tested as a parent 😅

Lighting practice! The second image is what I used as light reference for the lighting. I found it on Pinterest. I totally changed Kaleo’s face shape because I got a bit too absorbed with the new Procreate brush sets I bought from
They’re super fluid and beautiful~ Honestly obsessed! They’re pretty much all I use now lol. Her drawing videos are also super helpful. Y’all should def check out her YouTube channel and Insta. Although, this technique is different from what I normally do and I think it’s beautiful, I don’t know how often I’m going to draw like this since it takes me forever and I am not one to linger on one piece…. Then again practice increases speed but I dunno. What do y’all think?

*Plays Coffee Shop Lofi* I’ve always wanted to do another Tweek and Craig piece but I got weird about it. Don’t ask me why. I always age them up to be adults, as well for anyone who is concerned. Anywho, my lovely hubby said I should turn the bubbles into cranberries because it reminds him of Christmas so I gave it a shot and loved it lol. This will be available in my shop as a print soon (Christmas one will be released around the holidays hehe) and I may do just them in the coffee mug as a sticker. What do y’all think?

Y’all think I should start posting some of my daily doodles? I’m not gonna lie, it makes me a little nervous because my doodles are often very rough and I draw the first thing that comes to my head so it may not always be interesting or coherent lol

I’m practicing drawing Jayson’s head shape. It’s easy to make it look ridiculous if you’re not careful. I don’t want him to look like some of the manga characters I’ve seen with shaved heads. I’ve learned the trick is to not just make the top of his head perfectly round (since human skulls don’t really work like that anyway).

If you’re a fellow artist, aspiring or professional, what do you you struggle the most with side from hands and feet? 🤔

I’ve missed these two 🥲 It’s been a minute yall. Lot has happened. I won’t bore you with the details but we’ve moved back to Maine! For good this time! I want to get back to posting regularly or at least once or twice a week. I know the algorithm doesn’t favor that but I’m not interested in overwhelming myself ya know? I just got so nervous about posting online all of the sudden and I’ve been creating a lot but not sharing because of this unreasonable anxiety I had. Anywho, I figured, it’s Pride so now is better than any other! I’m working on my Etsy and other things at the moment. Moon Boy is moving away from the illustrated novel. If you’re an artist, you might know what I mean when I say my characters didn’t want to be written but drawn lol! Anywho, hope you guys will join me in my journey :)
