*UPDATED- DEPOSIT POLICY*

DEPOSITS- A £35 non-refundable deposit is required for new clients booking a colour appointment. I have held off taking deposits for a while but as we are 11 days into September and i'm £235 down from new clients booking a 3+ hour colour appointment and deciding not to show up without any warning i have no choice. Again, i understand things come up but please be respectful. If you have no intentions in turning up, then please dont book. If you decide to not show up without any sort of contact as to why you'll simply be removed from my booking system and will be blocked from booking in again.

Everyone has busy lives and i appreciate that, but these things really affect businesses.
This month so far i've lost 40% of my income from last minute cancellations and no shows. Unfortunately, if this continues a deposit policy will be enforced. If you are unfamiliar with my policies, please keep reading.

CANCELLATIONS- If you need to cancel your appointment, i respectfully ask for atleast 24 hours notice. This just gives me the heads up & i can advertise your slot for somebody else. Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the appointment.

NO SHOWS- No shows are simply not excused! I usually book out a month+ in advance. No showing your appointment takes away from other clients who could have taken your slot. Unfortunately, not turning up not only is a loss of income but i can be left with a huge gap in the day. I have a 3 strike rule when it comes to no shows which results in being removed from my booking system.
