Where FOCUS goes, energy flows!
Remember, what we FEEL is a result of what we’re choosing to FOCUS on.
Most people focus on how to avoid pain in the short-term. If we want to push our life to the next level and experience fulfillment and true quality of life we need to be laser-focused on our ultimate vision and our sense of mission — who we want to be, and how we can serve, and contribute.
Focusing on that highest vision helps create energy and momentum. We can kick feelings of frustration or depression by changing the channel of our attention to how to help someone in need.
It all begins with what you CHOOSE to FOCUS ON.
This is my only prayer. No need to ask when God already knows what I need and want. I just give thanks for what God has done and is going to do.
This is real change. When you change yourself on a biological level. Not by repeating some mantra, but by creating new neurons in your brain and in your nervous system.

Be careful who you take advice from. Money is not the only example of success. Listen to those who are "healthy". That word speaks of an overall well being. You can be rich in money and poor in relationships. You can be rich in relationships and sick in your body.
