What is a Wellness & Wellbeing coach and what do I offer?
I am an online Personal Trainer & Life Coach. I specialise in two areas. Weight Loss Coaching and helping people to find their path and become the best version of themselves.
Weight Loss Coaching - I help people to create positive habits for fat loss, prioritise themselves in a busy environment, track nutrition through an app, give them a fitness program, and where appropriate I may use NLP and hypnotherapy. The main thing is I help people to lose weight without having to yo-yo between fad diets and teach them how to maintain their weight once they have reached their goal.
Life Coaching - I help people to create positive habits, help them keep accountable, use my fitness knowledge where required, help change limiting beliefs, create and secure goals, and maintain consistency which is key for success. The main thing is I help people find their path in life by finding out what they really want, creating a plan to get their and guiding them to become the best version of themselves.

Do you struggle to lose weight and maintain it? Does your life get so busy you find yourself putting everyone else first and forgetting to make yourself a priority? Would you like to learn some positive habits that will help you lose weight and keep it off?
The picture on the left is me in the summer of 2020 I was a size 16. When I saw this picture for the first time I was shocked on how much I had let myself go. I used to be a size 12. I was also very anxious as I was getting married a year later and my dress was a size 12.
After a few days of feeling frustrated I decided to put a plan together to start losing the weight. However it wasn’t until after the following Christmas and 6 months before the wedding I really started to get motivated. The picture on the right was taken on my big day in my size 12 dress with no alterations needed. I lost 2.5 stone in 6 months.
I have now produced a FREE 14 day fat loss course which is aimed at busy women who find it hard to make themselves a priority.
