Pavo de Fiesta at Casa Nazarian 🥳🇲🇽 The sauce alone is worth the price of admission: pineapple, orange, onion, ancho & guajillo chiles, garlic & oregano from my garden. I may never make gravy again! Pineapple cranberry sauce and Jamaica Water are next level. Beautiful Mexico, our love affair flourishes. So so much gratitude. ❤️

My lace knitting adventure continues. I made this sweet little spring kerchief shawl from one of my favourite yarns as a store sample. I enjoyed the surprise of how the colours blossomed with the lace stitches. Joy in simple things.

BC Day long weekend and some nice overcast cool weather. The perfect day to make slow cooked roast lamb and potatoes another winner! Being half English I had to make some mint sauce too 😍
