Lite Em Up Cookers traveled to Hempstead Tx for the Christmas Classic Rib Shootout this weekend. Not bad for 5 walks in the last two weeks to close the 2020 calender year. Ready to kick off the 2021 cookoffs.

Waters Edge cookoff is in the books. Got a couple solid calls cooking against some of the best in the business.
5th place chicken 🐓 My first IBCA cookoff chicken call
4th place brisket 🐄 My first top 5 brisket call
Ribs no show trying to duplicate 2nd place ribs from earlier this year out there 🤷♂️
7th overall.
Felt good going into this one. I seem to do well in Galveston County. All 3 of my Top 10 finishes are in Galveston County. Waters Edge Twice and Galveston County Fall Festival.

Lite Em' Up Cookers had a good weekend at Pasadena International Bbq Cook Off
We were blessed to walk away with
3rd tomahawk 🥩
2nd chicken 🐓
6th ribs 🐖
6th Brisket 🐄
4th overall 🔥
out of 23 teams
Tying for third but Fork Em Up Cookers won tie breaker with higher placing brisket. Congrats to all who walked. It was fun hanging out with everyone.

We have enough room for about 4 more dozen of this hot trending item, " Texas Twinkies " for pickup Thursday. $10 half dozen. $20 a dozen. Will also have brisket sandwiches available if anyone wants to add to their pickup. May also consider doing some "Texas Twinkies " Saturday. Have a couple of the orders to fill then. Got about 150 sold right now. Thanks for your support
