It happens to all of us! I’ve been running from a bug for weeks now and I crashed last night! My head hurts, my sinus and chest are full 😡! Plus a have a few people I really don’t want to get sick ( a kiddo about to step on stage for first time and a cousin about to have a baby!)
So... diffuser is going, oil is everywhere! Plus taking many extra vitamins including oil of oregano & Doterra’s on guard ( which I swear by!). Hopefully this will pass quickly 🤞
