We’re hiring! Are you an experienced florist who also excels at project management? OR an experienced project or operations manager with a crafty side and eye for design? Perhaps you are both? If either (or both) of these questions are a yes for you, then we want to talk!

We are looking for our next superstar Floral Studio Manager–someone who is highly versatile, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, team-player, and most importantly LOVES flowers!

We are ready to teach you everything you need to know about our design aesthetic and philosophy. We also work hard to create a highly supportive and encouraging work environment for all on our team. We value open-communication and mutual respect.

Position is full-time, Tue-Sat, starting in March at our studio in Normandy Park. You’ll get to create beautiful florals and help with the behind the scenes of a floral business. Message us at [email protected] and we can send you the full job description! Xoxo the Anthera Team

So much going on behind the scenes right now 🤪 Every event we take on gets our blood sweat and tears because flowers is not just a job to us but a passion 💕

Now that my daughter is more alert and interested in things, I’ve been taking her out to the garden and into the studio to see her mom’s work. It’s kind of incredible watching her look at flowers in awe and touch them with her delicate tiny hands. I love it so much. And she only tries to eat them two or three times a minute.

We loooove color over here (can you tell?) but every year we take on a few white weddings to mix things up. When we do white, we dive head first into texture to make every design super unique and fun. So in case you were wondering we can indeed hang with those classic and timeless neutrals 🤍
