One thing I learned is to keep the meal very simple and not to be ever afraid to eat same thing over and over … I do not easily get bored if I like something
I always focus on when making my plate is that it should have some kind of veggies, one fruit ( carb source ) , and some kind of protein
I do not worry too much about calories at this point but clean eating .
What Could be the reason of feeling hungry immediately after eating lunch ?
1. Poor lunch composition which means maybe your lunch doesn’t have food that is high in satiety.. If your lunch has less fiber or protein then you will not feel full. Make sure your macros are distributed across your meals so you feel satisfied post your meals
2. Maybe you are drinking less water.
3. And most important not sleeping well, Less sleep also increases hunger .
If you are going to be running errands or be outside for a while and don’t like to eat out like me then the best thing to take along is fruits , vegetables ( cucumbers or carrots) or a protein bar . These things are satiating enough to keep you full for the time you are outside and save you some calories from eating out 😊

YES! We must validate the function of our nervous system and not let the feelings feed into counterproductive thought patterns. It's the body doing what it does. Emotions come and go...as they should .
Sometimes the unfamiliar path will lead us to the greatest treasure, just take one step at a time

So little update on my no sugar diet, I m going strong with eating no absolutely no sugar on daily basis but offcourse I do eat fruits though but no processed sugar .
The trick to be able to continue this by not having any sugar based snack in my pantry and that helps a lot and to be honest I do not crave sweets the way I use to crave before but there will be someday that I would really want something but only way I can have is I have to cook or bake something from scratch and that’s not a easy and definitely not fast process and sometime I just ignore the craving but sometimes will take time to make but only enough quantity to eat for one time so this way I still can enjoy some sugar treats once in a while and that makes me happy 😊

I know I went little overboard with rice but needed those carbs to replenish by body 😋 . I didn’t serve the salad separately instead I chopped everything finally and added in that I usually eat for salad alongwith black chickpeas and rajma and added cucumber in yogurt to make raita

I usually eat 2 meals a day but now a days feeling more hungry than usual so looks like I need to add extra meal or one snack …
It will take you further than you can imagine
I was so hungry after my workout that I just made 2 burritos and gulped down and didn’t eat anything with it so it’s time to eat the other goodies for snacks 😋
