Get ready to explore your literal edges as Byron guides this sequence from both ends of the spectrum. Using leverage to create depth in postures, and challenging our strength early on in this class sets the tone for what could be considered the best part of your day! During this class you can expect to move through twisting half moon, thoracic spinal backbend, core work with alternating limbs, and more. Two blocks are needed for this practice.
