Neuf personnes réunies dans un même objectif : celui de devenir facilitateurs et facilitatrices.
Une expérience en commun, des questions, des attentes, des essais, des prises de décisions et un peu de théorie sous la neige du mois d’Avril à Vizzavona ont constitué les premiers ingrédients du 11e programme de formation longue Via Experientia (le 3e en français, déjà!) qui vient de se terminer cette semaine, en Corse.

Via Experientia - en partenariat avec ARDI.pro I Team Building & Management, propose sa 11ème édition : la troisième en langue française ! Elle débutera en Corse le 27 Mars 2022.

Cette formation de 17 jours, répartie en 3 modules distincts est orientée sur les dynamiques collectives et la pratique réflexive. L'objectif principal est de permettre aux participants de développer et d'utiliser cette approche réflexive dans leur profession, en lien avec des groupes : dans l'éducation (formelle et non formelle), le développement des ressources humaines, le commerce, l'encadrement et autres domaines.

Finally! 🙉After the turbulences caused by the pandemic, the flight no 8 of Via Experientia airlines took off! 🛫
In other words, the first training seminar of our 8th 🤯edition of the long-term programme has taken place 🤩 in Lithuania.
This part of the programme invited participants to explore group and team dynamics🌪⚡️💨 through their own experiences 🤓 and build bridges to their future learning as professionals.

"D’un côté, je me suis senti concerné au plus profond de moi sur les objectifs de la formation. D’un autre, ce programme a engagé notre groupe dans une évolution, dans laquelle nous étions à la fois acteur, observateur et facilitateur. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi j’ai retenu le terme « congruence ». Belle démonstration !
J’ai fait beaucoup de formations, sur des thématiques variées. De la plupart des formations, je suis repartis avec beaucoup de papier, des idées. Quelques-unes ont fait évoluer mes pratiques. Pour cette formation, c’est différent : j’ai le sentiment d’avoir clôturé un cycle et d’avoir les bases pour en démarrer un autre."
