Yesterday was a very special day for us all . It has been a year since Tom’s successful kidney transplant. To mark the occasion, we had a family dinner which included the wonderful Nicola who is a live donor transplant coordinator for the NHS. We are so grateful to have had her support throughout. Thank you Nicola. 💜
Last year, Max (Anna & Jamie’s eldest son) donated one of his kidneys to Tom (Anna & Jamie’s middle son). It was an incredibly courageous act. And we are forever grateful to Max for giving Tom his life back. 💜
