If a desired item is not in inventory or custom, a custom order request may be made directly through our website at https://www.newhopequiltery.com. We strive to review and respond to all custom order requests within 72 business hours. New Hope Quiltery reviews each order request on a case-by-case basis to determine our ability to deliver the desired product based on numerous factors and can not guarantee every request will be approved. For approved requests, a custom order form including order details will be drafted for review and acceptance of the customer for approved requests. Approved requests will be priced based upon order specifications including New Hope Quiltery time and material costs. Our team may need to contact the potential buyer for additional information or clarification on custom order requests. All communication for custom order requests will be conducted via email. New Hope Quiltery requires a 25% deposit on all approved custom item requests and the remaining 75% is due upon completion of the item prior to shipping. New Hope Quiltery will provide the customer with photos of the completed item prior to shipping and payment must be received and clear prior to shipping. We currently accept payments via cash, check, or Facebook for custom items. Approved requests will be crafted in accordance with New Hope Quiltery’s custom order queue. As the ordered item will be one of kind, the production time will vary on an item-by-item basis. Shipping:

All orders are shipped through one, or a combination, of the following: USPS, UPS, and/or FEDEX. For your convenience, once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. New Hope Quiltery only ships within the United States. Shipping is free to the Continental United States for purchases over $25 (prior to tax and any fees), unless specified otherwise in the specific product listing. New Hope Quiltery cannot guarantee the punctuality or quality of service provided by third-party carriers. Cancellations and Non-Carrier Related Damage Returns:

Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase. If requesting to return a product, New Hope Quiltery must be contacted within three (3) calendar days of delivery (as specified by the utilized carriers official delivery date). Products must be shipped back to New Hope Quiltery in its original condition within seven (7) calendar days of requesting your return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your package arrives from the carrier damaged, before opening your package, please take thorough pictures of your orders packaging – these photos will be needed to process a damage-return. In the event that the actual product is damaged, please contact New Hope Quiltery within three (3) calendar days; we will ask for the damaged product to be return shipped, and in return New Hope Quiltery will either 1) refund your order, or 2) replace the product with a new version. Third-Party Vendors:
All items purchased through third-party vendors, such as Royal Rooster, will be subject to individual vendor policies and not those listed above. Those items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and New Hope Quiltery can not guarantee availability or condition. More Information About Items:
Our items are listed as "new", as they are made specifically for our customer and have not been previously owned (unless otherwise noted). However, most items are made from repurposed materials such as fabric or wood. We handcraft each item - whether that be sewn or painted - with care. While our items are made to be durable, they should be used for decorative purposes only. We do not recommend any of our items to be used as toys for children or animals. Not all items featured may be currently available. If an item order is out of stock, a similar item will be hand-crafted. Variations in color, design, patterns, materials, sizing, etc. may occur in items received. Items are sold separately from the ones used in photographs for staging purposes.
