We think there's a better world to come. This means we don't participate in current affairs in quite the same ways as others, but it does give us significant hope – a light in the darkness. It's easy to get overwhelmed by worry and anxiety. Life can be very stressful at times. Jesus tells us that God is with us and looking after us now. And, if we keep the kingdom of God as our ultimate goal then, in his mercy, he will bring us to that wonderful time when all the worries and stresses of this life will be over; when Jesus will return to reign as king on the earth and the faithful will be granted everlasting life. May Jesus come soon.
