Creating the score for Cairo Smith’s debut feature film was such a fun experience. Cairo and I connected on the vision for this music right away— classical/orchestral through a progressively warped lens - and collaborating with him was a total joy, as was the process of exploration and discovery that this music took me on. This score worked my composing muscles hard, both musically and technically, and I’m immensely proud of the result.

Congrats to Cairo Smith (Director), Rand Vossler, Christopher Corey Smith , and Michelle Shundo (Producers), and the teams at Buffalo 8 , Askari Productions , and No Sudden Movies on the release. And huge praise for the amazing talent and energy of the cast and crew that brought this film to life!

I'm beyond excited that Fair Play is coming to theaters starting today for a very short run prior to its worldwide release on Netflix on Oct 6th. Working with composer Brian McOmber (formerly of the band Dirty Projectors) on his score for this film as an additional music composer/string arranger/synthesizer, electronics, and (strange) viola player was an enormous privilege.
If you love going to the movies this is a great opportunity to support struggling local theaters and show streaming services like Netflix that we still want to see movies on the big screen!

Thrilled to get to work as the Music Editor for ‘s score on Alden Ehrenreich’s directorial debut, Shadow Brother Sunday, and very happy to help put together the music for the trailer, featured today on IndieWire. Shadow Brother Sunday premieres at this weekend!

Last night Das Boot: Season 3 won a Hollywood Music in Media award for Best Score for a Foreign TV Series! I’m so proud to have worked with composer Matthias Weber on the music for this amazing show for the last four years, since the first season. Season 3 was the biggest one yet, and it’s really humbling and gratifying for the music to be recognized by our peers here in Hollywood. As always, thank you for bringing me along for the ride, Matthias! 🙏🎉⚓️

I’m beyond thrilled to have worked once again with composer Matthias Weber on the score for the third season of Das Boot as a music arranger, orchestrator, and VI/Synth programmer. I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing international series that, this season, takes us to Portugal, England, Germany, and of course deep into the Atlantic for plenty of submarine suspense. Season 3 premiered on Sky TV in Europe, and other platforms around the world this spring and summer, and the soundtrack is out today on all digital platforms! For my friends and family in the US, you’ll have to wait a little longer for the new seasons to arrive here, but for now you can keep enjoying Season 1 on Hulu and enjoy the soundtrack in the meantime. It’s been an amazing adventure over the last year creating the music for the huge world of Packhowl Media’s new audio series, The Madness of Chartrulean. This sci-fi drama, helmed by writer/director Hannah Radcliff, features a cast of over 40 voice actors across 5 continents. It’s been an honor to be a part of such a talented team, and a joy to create the musical landscapes for such a multi-faceted world, with its deeply developed history, characters, religions, and locations. (Not to mention getting to have the extremely talented Invoke String Quartet perform on the score!)
