I’m currently on vacation BUT I’ve still got a new video for you this week! I’ve revisited an old project, my Bluey-themed soap bars, but instead of a tutorial I will be sharing hints and tips for EPIC melt and pour soap projects. I’ll be discussing:

👉🏼 Keeping colours consistent across multiple batches
👉🏼 Using unconventional soap moulds
👉🏼 Using alcohol between layers
👉🏼 Positioning embeds
👉🏼 Maintaining the clarity of clear soap bases

Something a little different… The image on the phone shows an eclipse at the moment of totality, and that’s what I tried to replicate in the soap design.

There will be a solar eclipse next month (Canada, US, Mexico) 🌞🌚🌎 and I made these as souvenirs.

I hid some fun flower shapes amongst my scraps. Amazingly some showed up in the surface of both soaps 🙌🏼

What do you do with the scraps from your last project? Make more soap of course 😆.
