Happy Saturday, everybody! What are you doing this weekend to get your next week off to great success? Sometimes it's resting and sometimes it's prepping...
One thing that I make sure to get in is meal prepping! I am so much more likely to stay on track and less likely to grab j***y snacks when I've planned ahead and have a meal schedule laid out.
One tip is to make sure you're eating 5-6 small meals per day, which all have protein. This helps keep your metabolism going and burning more throughout the day ;)
Hydration is so important! Not only does it help keep your body functioning at its best, but it keeps your metabolism kicking 🙌🏻 4th one today...how much have you had?!
