The WA Labor Govt are attempting to rush this legislation through with the most destructive approach to firearm ownership in Australian history.
Make no mistake this Act is designed to provide a very limited outlook on how fi****ms ownership for law abiding citizens will look in the future whilst having no impact on criminal use.

WA Fi****ms Bill 2024 is out and here it is: the Police will use the VIEWS, OPINIONS or ATTITUDES and our LIVING CIRCUMSTANCES to determine if we can own a firearm!

The inclusion of someone's PHYSICAL condition is particularly vile: shooting has and always we be an all-abilities, non-discriminatory sport!

Absolutely despicable piece of clearly discriminatory legislation by the Western Australian State Labor Party Government, clearly ghost written by the Police!

Today Labor's contentious firearm reforms were finally tabled in Parliament. The Nationals WA will spend time in the coming weeks scrutinising this 240-page overhaul of WA's fi****ms laws.
