we are very excited to announce our community partner, Trinity AME Church. We will be walking every third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm and all are welcome! The first event will be on Tuesday, Feb 18th.

Throwback to our first event with Mano a Mano and Dr. Record last year!! We're excited for our events with Roberti Community House on the first Saturday of every month from 9:30 AM to 11 AM! Every event has a different healthcare professional including doctors, physical therapists, and podiatrists! Snacks and coffee provided 😊
Not sure where to start? Attending a Walk with a Doc reduces your stress, helps build relationships, helps you sleep better, gives your your daily dose of exercise, and often, teaches you about healthy food. We recommend starting there 🙂

This month's Walk With A Doc brought Dr. Morrison who discussed sleep hygeine and the importance of sleep. Our community learned tips for ensuring healthy sleep and got to ask questions before heading out for a nice walk together on a beautiful day!
We just can't escape the rain here in Chicago, but it won't keep us from walking with Mano a Mano Family Resource Center
