Yoga has always been my go to for many reasons, I’ve always had trouble sticking to a full on workout everyday but yoga keeps my balance of continually being active even if it’s for a quick 20 mins a day. ⠀

🍕I am an ultimate pizza lover always have been!🍕

Pizza was the hardest thing to even think about giving up for me BUT I found a delicious healthy alternative!! This recipe is easy and free of nasty ingredients & everyone in the family approves!😉

Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower
1/4 C fresh grated Parmesan
1/2 C fresh grated mozzarella
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 C pizza sauce
1 C fresh grated mozzarella
1/2 C fresh grated fontina cheese
&& and all your favorite toppings😍

Mmmmm 🤤 I made this delicious healthy green smoothie this morning with a simple recipe from the holistic health and nutrition program I’ve recently joined called The Healthstyle Emporium.
I love that they are all easy recipes and made with Whole Foods & my husband even approves! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1/2 C plain coconut water
2 frozen ripe bananas
1 C chopped pineapple
1 C chopped mango
2 C spinach or kale (I used a little of both)
1/2 avocado

Directions:
Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Add more coconut water if too thick.
And Enjoy!!!
