If probiotics are not a normal part of your diet you seriously need to consider taking probiotic supplements.

My first preference is always nutrients from food before supplements. In the jar I have kimchi which is a probiotic vegetable dish stronger than any probiotic supplement.

One of my favorite ways to squats, especially with a lot of weight is reverse hack squat machine.

Key is to go slow down (essentric) and explode up. The explosion helps you to stay athletic. You want to train with explosion so that you perform with explosion in your sport.

I perform 2 progressively heavier warm up sets. Then it's on to a weight heavy enough so that I can only perform 10 reps. 9 reps feels insane, 10 feels like I want to quit. That's how you obtain results.

Are you one of those people that says diets are boring?
To me diet is not eating rabbit food. Small amounts of bland food will lead to you going nuts on a Saturday night in front of your favorite show.

Instead food should be flavored with spices, herbs, citrus, as these add bold flavor and help you digest the food.

In this bag of chicken I have oregano, lemon, basil, black pepper, Himalayan salt, avocado oil.
Marinade in the fridge for a few hours minimum-overnight even better.
The best way to cook this is stove top pan or grill. Enjoy.

Dark egg yolks tell you a lot about the health of the egg. roam around in the field eating bugs, scraps, get plenty of sunlight and produce a darker tastier yolk with much more

The egg yolk has almost all the nutrition of the egg so make sure you eat both the yolk and white.
The best way to cook eggs are sunny side up were you cook the white but leave the yolk runny. Heating the yolk more will give you less nutrition.
Bottom line- buy free range eggs, lightly cook them sunny side up and eat the yolks baby.

Can you get lean and gain muscle at the same time? Absolutely. It comes down to almighty hormones. Naturally increase hormone production and watch how much your physique changes.

Here are the areas that have the largest impact.
● Sleep. When we sleep we produce hormones.
●Nutrition. The food we eat gives us the raw materials we need to make hormones. Not all food is equal.
●Resistance training. Lifting weights produces growth hormone and makes us more insulin sensitive. Intensity is the biggest factor here.
●Gut health. Digestion and gut health plays a large factor in getting the immune system healthy, digesting food and increasing lean muscle mass.

I have seen awesome changes in both my female and male clients by following the 4 steps listed above.

Like all foods, grilling them makes them taste much better. MUCHO!

I like to coat my fish with oil, preferably Avocado or Macadamia oil. They both handle high heat whereas Olive oil breaks down and becomes rancid (causes free radicals).

Seasoning your food with herbs serves 2 purposes. It provides excellent flavor and it also helps you to digest the food. Herbs help stimulate enzyme production.

My preferred way to cook fish is to sear it on the outside and leave the inside slightly cooked. This allows you to keep most of the nutrition which means Healthy fats, High protein and vitamins galore.

Grilled fish couples well with grilled veggies. Enjoy!

Exercise leads to growth, not just muscular growth but it's mental and spiritual.
Notice when you get a good workout your mind is clear, your creativity is on high and you feel like you can accomplish anything.

Notice when you sit around you feel tired, lazy and that is when you tend to snack which leads to you not feeling so good about yourself.

Commit to yourself that you want to change your life by first changing your health. Good food in, challenging exercise and positive thoughts is the winning recipe.

Millions of women are dieting, cranking up the exercise in the gym and frustrated because the weights not budging.

A common reason for this that is becoming an epidemic is . It's an autoimmune disease were the immune system literally attacks the thyroid. Thyroid controls metabolism. Yeah pretty damn important.

I don't post a lot of my clients but a lot of women are struggling with this and I wanted people to know there is hope.

My client Jessica had hypothyroid and adrenal fatigue. They usually come together as adrenal control thyroid.

After working with Jessica on making lifestyle changes, incorporating resistance exercise and completely changing her nutrition, she has made excellent health and physique changes.
Her health has changes so much that her Dr. Just took her off thyroid meds.
Jessica represents a lot of women out there in that she had unexplained weight gain, depression & rediculous low energy.

For anyone struggling with hypothyroid it has to be said that your diet will not look like everyone else's diet. You have to cut all the BS foods that you see everybody else eating.
The phrases "I want to live a little" and "I want to be normal" do not apply to you.

To heal from this means your body needs to be nourished, Not starved. It needs nutrients, vitamins, enzymes all the goodness that you don't find in processed foods.

The first thing you do each day sets the intention for how you want that day to go. It gives you the most reward.
Start each day with some form of movement and watch how your body becomes more energetic, vibrant, alive. Your mind becomes more positive.
This positive intention sets the stage to be a beast at work, with your kids. For me, it's shooting a workout video today.

is the closest thing there is to there being a real loss magic pill.

It's such a short duration exercise that it's not about the calorie burn. It's about the hormonal change it causes.

The key is:
●growth hormone is secreted. ●Enzymes are released which make it less likely to store fat.
●Avoid overuse injuries ●avoid breaking down like you do in long distance

The magic is you have to move your ass off. half speed doesn't give you these benefits. You have to go all out for short burst. Take a quick rest and get back after it.

Watch kids, they naturally go all out. What gives kids so much energy and playfulness is that they have so much human growth hormone.

Getting to your goal is not what will make you happy. Who you become in the process makes you happy. What I am saying is it takes you becoming a different person to get there. That's why the process is hard.
The hardness shapes your mind and body. It takes a stronger mind to say no to chips and yes to asparagus, to say no to sitting on the couch watching tv and yes to and .
