Hi and happy Wednesday! 🖤 We just wanted to give y’all an update that our feed is being transitioned to the new pod and all it’s new details. So, you will see Creepy Caffeine ‘disappear’ soon but all the episodes are still available and will be until further notice as we mentioned on our last episode. ☺️ We’ll continue to update as the changes are officially done and a new episode is ready to drop. As expected we’ve received lots of questions from y’all after our recent episode so I wanted to take a moment to answer a few. The slides above go into a bit more detail but for those that that want the short deets - Keep reading! ☺️
1.) Where you’ll be able to find us: On both FB and IG, you can search Catch Us Inside and you should be able to find us easily (our username for both FB and IG is catchusinsidethepod)
2.) Contacting us: There is a new email for Catch Us Inside which is [email protected] and for now our CC and DZ emails will remain open until we fully transition to the new podcast.
3.) Is merch still available? Yes (until the end of April 2022)! While CC and DZ designs wont fully go away cause we love some of them too much, a good portion of our current shop will be archived, so, now is a good time to pick up any last minute items you’ve been eyeing since we can’t guarantee which ones will reappear in our new store.
4.) Lastly, thank you thank you thank you. Your unwavering support means more to us than you’ll ever know and we couldn’t be more excited to bring y’all with us into a brand new direction. 🎧🖤

Long post ahead with small life updates & word dumps. ❤️🥺
I don’t even know where to begin and I can’t even give y’all the full details of everything yet… But so many have you sweet souls reached out to check in and I wanted to collectively say we’re okay and we miss you all so much!
1.)Josie’s new favorite thing is to wake me up in the middle of the night with aggressive head butts to my foot.. Prompting me to lift the blanket so she can crawl under and steal my foot space. It’s rude but also she’s fuzzy so I appreciate it.
2.) Finn and Tater Pea are also doing well and are enjoying a more ‘fresh’ diet these days that I’ve been trying to incorporate for them. Finn has arthritis so I tell him all the time I think his old man bones appreciate the nutrients.
3.) I’ve had a recent appt with my rheumatologist that’s leading us in a possible new direction with treatment. It’s exciting but also expensive and the world is also expensive so .
4.) Again I know it seems like we’ve fallen off the face of the planet but I promise we’ve been working!
5.) All of that work has lead to all kinds of conversations, teary outbursts, & rants leading to thoughts of ‘what the actual f*ck are we doing here?’ buuut.. we turned on our flashlights and navigated the tunnel and we can see the end!
6.) Changes are coming. Changes are scary but also so good & I’m so excited. We’re ready to open up and broaden our horizons. I’m hoping the changes we know that are going to benefit us are going to benefit y’all too! I can’t wait. ☺️

Hopper knows what’s up and so does The Smell of Fear when it comes to amazing scents. I needed a new candle to burn at my desk and remembered that I had this lil guy in my candle stash. This coffee scent is richly warm & not overwhelming at all. Thank goodness for coffee and cozy candles cause they’re getting me through my morning! 😂
