Dripping with atmosphere and intrigue is the title track 'Good Morning, Sunshine', which features a rolling vintage-jazz sample, crisp drums, and a vocal hook from Raymon Chandler's The Big Sleep.

This year we will be celebrating our 10th year as Swingamajig, so come and join us for a show like no other, a one day festival of vintage inspired delight set in the picturesque Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

We have 6 stages of live music, circus, award winning cabaret, swing dance performances and workshops, burlesque, DJs, a vintage market, tasty street food.

The event runs 2-11pm and we will be hosting an afterparty at the Mill in Digbeth for those looking to party till the dawn.

This project came about when we were all locking down from that killer plague just a few years ago. With time on my hands, I learned how to use the MPC I'd been neglecting, listened to a lot of Jazz, and got quite into Film Noir, especially The Big Sleep. All of that boiled down to this release, especially Lemonade. Not that the vocal has anything to do with that, I've just always loved the lyric. 'Lemonade was a popular drink, and it still is' - wise words, if I've ever heard any.

I've recently joined up with Joe Getz and DJ Lofty and we've been doing a gig or two as Super Saturated DJs, and one thing led to another, and now we've released an EP of our own, that's out now on Breakbeat Paradise Recordings! Considering the last one took me seven years, this is a remarkable turn of form for me
