Shewww! The Dankest day of the year is upon us, creatures! Updated this brew a bit from the last couple versions with some dank additions.
This hazy session has all the diggity dank ya need with Columbus hops throughout boil and dry hop. Then, we finished on some Citra HOP HASH and super fragrant Mango Kush terpenes for an extremely crushable but fruity, kush packed session IPA. The medium bitterness compliments the slightly sweet fruit flavors in this gal so well, it might be our favorite sesh brew...ever?!

🍫🥜"Nut Crusher"🥜🍫- Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter
We went heavy on the Reese's inspiration with this fella with the perfect balance of nutty and sweet! Pulverized peanuts created a nice PB powder that was added to the boil and then dropped on some cocoa nibs in secondary. The result is your favorite stoner sweet treat of gooey chocolately goodness and smooth, creamy Peanut Butter. We thought it was a nice cross between a cup and some good ol reese's pieces! 6.2% ABV.

"Flintstoner" -Fruity Pebble Sour
Yabadaba doobies!
Get your bowls ready, Flintstoners! We're going for a helluva ride with this fruity pebbles inspired sour. Brewed for a medium sourness and finished on fruity pebbles syrup and cereal, this dude has all the colors and flavor of your fav stoner cereal! An added touch of lactose rounds out that citrusy, sweetness for a delectable yet crushable treat.

Dill Pickle Gose 4.5% ABV

Here's slappppy! We're slashing through this crazy Summer Heat with a crispy Gose brewed with all dem lovely brine-y, pickle-y deliciousness. Fresh cukes, homegrown dill, crushed coriander and Himalayan sea salt give this green beaut everything ya want in a pickle beer. Drinker beware, you're in for a scare!

A new Stout arrives! It's been years since we've made a true coffee Stout and lemme tell ya, this boi is a heckuva nice way to start your day. Bold, lightly bitter and roasty with the perfect amount of honduras java flava so you can let this creature inject its caffeine goodness into your veins!

Pina Colada NEIPA 6.2% ABV

Tropical vibes are heeaah in this New England IPA that we packed with fresh pineapple and then aged on some killer toasted coconut. Then the best bro hops of Citra and Sabro bring even more fruit flavors by dry hopping to round this fella out! Smooth and sweet with a medium body, you'll be in paradise after a few sips!

"The Horseless Hopsman"
New England IPA 6.4% ABV

The Hopsman returns but this time as a New England IPA with all the juicy, orange pithy, melony, lime dank goodness you need!
We used a different hop and yeast profile this time for an extra depth of flavor and haze.
So let that haze roll in and control your mind as the Hopsman is near. No horses required as the smell of this brew will guide you to your next destination.

"Jinn-ger Wit"-
🍊Tangerine & Ginger Witbier🍊

Jinn-ger Wit is our Belgian style witbier that has classic base ingredients of wheat and coriander but we added the Rare Creature twist and included tangerine peel and ginger zest.
This guy presents an inviting nose of citrus, spice and moderate ginger that follows through in the finish. Crisp, wheat-y, and semi-dry, this Wit grants ya all those wishes for a flavorful, crushable brew. 5.3%ABV

Our 10% imperial brown ale we brewed with cinnamon, pecans and aged on rum oak spirals is back just in time for Sin season! This brew has all the flavors of Fall packed in with big notes of toffee, spice and a hint of booze. Watch out for those sinners tonight.

🎃🍁Maple Pumpkin Porter 🎃🍁
It's our favorite time of the year and we're bringing out all the spooky dudes starting with this Fall classic with a twist! This creature was brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger as well as pumpkin puree finished on a touch of maple syrup. Ya get all those chocolate-y notes complimented by a nice spicey yet lightly sweet finish. Terrifyingly smooth at 6.5% but still devilishly delightful.

Sulley- Triple Berry Sour w/ Cocoa Nibs
We scare because we care! This 5% triple berry sour is packed with huge tartness from a blend of screaming amounts of blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. We then added Cocoa nibs for a nice chocolate touch to round out all those jammy flavors! Think chocolate covered berries in a glass. May Sulley help ya fill up those scream canisters quickly!

Eazy Roary- our slightly hazy, crushable 4.9% session IPA that just takes it easy, man. El Dorado, CTZ and Idaho 7 hops provide this guy with big notes of lemon zest, melon melange and a touch of dank all while finishing dry and easy. Pouring Friday July 8th at our Summer Bash

THE FLAYED. This dude is a Munich Dunkel style lager brewed with German malts to bring huge flavors of toffee, toasted pumpernickel, and a hint of chocolate. Complex and rich as he is, this guy is incredibly smooth as you depart into the world of upside down flavors. 5% ABV
Think bready flavors in a beer are weird? Well we say, try before you deny!

🍺CREATURE RELEASE👹: LEVIATHAN. Our Imperial Stout that's loaded with cocoa nibs and vanilla with a slight hint of sea salt. At 11.4% ABV, this monster is rich and chocolatey which contains a firm bitterness without being overly sweet. The layers of roasty malt flavors are balanced with light salinity and vanilla sweetness creating a complex yet dangerously smooth brew.
Don't get too cozy though or Leviathan will tangle you up... forever.

We teamed up with the dudes at again to bring you "NIGHTMARE" Black Coffee IPA. This 6.5% fella was brewed with a bunch of Columbus, Idaho 7 and Cascade hops creating a piney and slight citrusy aroma. We used River Bottom Roasters blend of coffee to add a touch of caramel and light roast flavor. The result is a moderately bitter, roasty brew balanced with toffee malt sweetness and a dank hop finish. Serving at Sin Fest 11/13
