Good Monday morning, Honestly there was a time when I wrote everyday now I am lucky to write my name. There is so much going on somethings get left behind. Tomorrow is my last day for the fitness challenge and what a blast it has been. So much that I am going to join IPF and keep going. Yesterday we did a 80's theme charity challenge for the Food Bank and when it was over one of the girls asked if this is how I exercised in the 80 and I had to tell her I once bought a gym membership in the 80's but never set foot inside. Then again I wasn't taking Emulin at that time but now I will join and go at least three times a week because I feel that good. I am not the only one Emulin is working for I receive email every week telling me how Emulin has changed their lives for the better weather it is lowering blood sugar and blood pressure or reducing inflammation so they can get up and move in the morning. I cannot praise this supplement enough. Well that's it time for me to get ready and go to work I will try to get back here before the new year. Merry Christmas everyone.

I can not believe I haven't been here for weeks time is flying by. I think I need to take a time management course maybe I can get one on audio I can listen to when I walk the dog. My poor puppy he hasn't been the center of my life this last week. I have been feeling so good lately I somehow let myself think I was somewhat fit and joined a fitness challenge. OMG I am delusional I am so out of shape it is scary. I mean really scary. I not only soak in Epsom Salt at night but in the morning before I got to work just to put the fire in my hips out. On the upside if I hadn't started taking Emulin I would never have done this. The pain and stiffness I experienced before starting the supplement is nothing but a distant memory. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have this chance to take charge and change my life for the better. No turning back now.

Here I am almost at the end of my 2nd bottle of Emulin M and to tell you the truth I have sort of been waiting for the hammer to drop and I would go back to feeling like I have for the past, no energy, poor sleep and achy joints but much to my surprise and happiness I still feel great. If anything I feel better every week, sometimes I just have to sit back to take it in, to remind myself that it has only been 3 months since I was dragging my butt to get up and go to work or to do anything after work. Now I have the energy to work all day, it's not a chore to walk the dog after and I'm not asleep in my lazy boy by 9 pm. Who would have thought I would be this close to 60 and feel this good? Good Saturday morning and I hope all of you woke up as happy and pain free as I did today. I want to tell you about yesterday I went out to lunch to talk about Emulin and as I was getting ready I realized the coat I was wearing had room to spare that wasn't there when I bought it. Shirley and I had a wonderful lunch and after instead of wanting to go home for a nap I came home to walk the dog. Fall on Vancouver Island is always cold and wet meaning I had to find warmer clothes so I pull out my favourite jeans. I haven't worn these jeans or any pants for months so I was really surprised that I had to find a belt to keep them up. When I started Emulin it wasn't to loose weight it was for inflammation and as you know it has amazed me in how well it works and I now buying new clothes, bonus. :)

This morning I finished my first bottle of Emulin and I feel great. I considered stop taking it just to make sure it is the supplement that is working then I thought do I really want to go backward and the answer was no. I love feeling like this I have more energy then ever, mentally there is no comparison I can't remember the last time I woke up feeling the black cloud of depression and didn't want to get out of bed. Now I am up early busy all day and still have energy after supper. If you are interested in how I am doing this send me a message.

I can't believe how fast time is going by I have such good intentions every week to update here but then the day is gone. On the up side I am not in front of the computer and spend a lot of time outside with the dog. I am so amazed at how well my shoulder is working, right from the end of the first week I started Emulin there have been improvements in movement to the point I can hardly remember it being frozen. That means I am getting better sleep and have more energy plus being conscious to take Emulin three times a day means I drink more water and for the first time in 57 years I eat breakfast. OMG what is happening to me???? Stay tuned and we will all find out.

Two weeks into Emulin and I am so impressed. My shoulder improves daily and last night I slept 8 hours without waking. I woke up feeling so good I cleaned my spare room closet which is a chore I have been putting off for over a year. Look out basement your next ;)

On Aug. 10 I woke up and couldn't lift my right arm. After a few days I went to the doctor and she said frozen shoulder so I tried massage then physio but with little relief. I started Emulin on Monday and this morning I reached behind and fastened my bra for the first time in three weeks. OMG I'm stoked.
