Opera Theatre of Saint Louis presents Opera on the Go!, a sensory-friendly performance for young people on Saturday, October 21, 10:00am at the Missouri History Museum. Learn from the professionals in a series of three workshops, including stage makeup, music and drama, and character and movement. Then enjoy a condensed 30-minute version of Scott Joplin’s Treemonisha. This FREE performance is for children in grades 3-12 with autism and sensory sensitivities.

Gateway Tykes on Trykes is a local nonprofit organization that is special to Landon and our family. In 2018, Landon was gifted his first adaptive tricycle from Gateway. He had been using it in physical therapy at Ranken Jordan and we were so excited to have the opportunity at home! Did you know that a small adaptive AMBUCS tricycle can cost around $600+ with many large size adaptive bikes easily costing $1000+? Because they are so expensive, families most often turn to donations. We were elated to be able to gift a donation that is so important for outdoor FUN, increased muscle strength and joint mobility, increased core strength, and increasing balance.

We’d also like to thank Tour de Moose and Kevin and Susan Werner for choosing us your 2022 bike tour beneficiary—you inspired us to find a way to make bikes accessible for all in our community! ❤️

Cycling can be enjoyed by everyone! The Gateway Cup Ride to Unite is on September 2nd at Francis Park. This is a FREE, family friendly event for people of all ages and abilities!

Enjoy a non-competitive 5-mile ride around the prestigious Bommarito Audi Gateway Cup Course alongside elite cyclists and local celebrities. All cycles and cyclists welcome!

Cycle St. Louis is a partnership of organizations and individuals committed to building an inclusive cycling community in the St. Louis area.

✨ Open forum to ask questions and explore relevant topics

This event is all about inclusion and collaboration, so bring your questions, ideas, and enthusiasm! Let's create a supportive community for our AAC users together!

Thank you to David and Faith for representing Gateway Tykes on Trykes LIVE today!! Faith did a great job showing off her cycling skills!

Today is a big day in St. Louis...it's !

This year my family and I are helping to raise funds for Gateway Tykes on Trykes . They help provide adaptive trykes and bikes for kids and adults with disabilities.

My own daughter received an adaptive tryke from them in December 2019 and still rides it around our neighborhood now. Once she outgrows this one she can go back on their waiting list to get fitted for a new bike. Today, she will be at Union Station to help promote their cause.
