Some of my sketchbook drawings over the past two days. Really enjoying the clement weather in North London; such a beautiful spring.

A bit different from my usual landscapes. Just been enjoying doing figurative work recently. I am really enjoying this style of painting too!

I did this as a commission, and based it on sketches done on my walks. Very happy with the delighted response of the buyer who called it a “wrap”!

View from the train window, somewhere between London and Glasgow in early September. I was struck by the light despite the dark, overcast day. I did this oil painting yesterday in my studio in Athens.
The view from the window in North London early in the morning, just after dawn, a few days ago, was stunning. Reaching for my pastels, I did this.
Although I have been painting more and more plein air recently, I was captivated by an amazing photo taken by photographer who very kindly gave me permission to use her photo for my artwork. It is that which inspired this pastel painting.

HAPPY, BLESSED CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE "For into us a child is born, to us a son is given...and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Pastel on Sandpaper
View from my verandah, oil colour sketch which I did on Monday morning.
Caldicot, Nuneaton, England. When my mother got out of the hospital in the summer, I went for a long, relaxing walk, out of London, with a good friend. The sun cast its rays on the fields and path, it was so lovely, so restorative and I was inspired to do this pastel painting.
Really excited about my forthcoming exhibition in Athens next Saturday!
