Toastmasters International - In the workplace, humor is serious business. Laughter can bring a team together and help employees resolve conflict. But it can also lead to terrible misunderstandings. That doesn’t mean that leaders should be afraid to use it! As with any powerful tool, you’ll want to do so properly.
