Today, Nurse Practitioners from across Tennessee met with legislators to ensure that all Tennesseans, regardless of where they choose to live have full access to the broad set of healthcare services NPs are educated and equipped to provide.
We appreciate the many legislators who took the time to meet with us, and look forward to working together to increase access to healthcare for all Tennesseans.

Watch Sasha’s story of being diagnosed with diabetes, and who she chose for care.
Patients win when they have a choice of health care providers. Increasingly, patients are embracing prevention and early intervention to stay healthy and avoid health complications. Nurse practitioners (NPs) encourage health promotion and a comprehensive, wellness-first approach. Instead of waiting until something is wrong, NPs help their patients keep their health on track.
