The 6 top causes of kidney disease

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls - do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia - a toxin that is very destructive to the kidney. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine raises blood pressure and the kidneys start suffering.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don't drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn't enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour the better.

6. Late treatment. Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly.

Did you know???
There are 150 different types of headaches. The most common ones are:

1) Tension headaches: also known as stress headaches, or chronic daily headaches. They are most common among teens and adults. They cause mild to moderate pain.

2) Migraines: They are described as pounding, throbbing pain. They can last from 4hrs to 3 days and usually happen one to 4 times per month. Along with the pain, people have other symptoms such as sensitivity to light, noise or smells; nausea, loss of appetite and upset stomach.

3)Cluste headaches: This type is intense and feels like a burning or piercing pain behind the eyes. They are called "cluster" because they happen in group, you might get them 1 to 3 times per day in a cluster period, which may last 2 weeks or 3 months.

Getting a diagnosis
Once you get your headache diagnosed correctly, you can start the right treatment plan for your symptoms.
The first is to talk to your Doctor or Pharmacist about your headaches. S/he will give you a physical exam and ask about the symptoms you have and how often happen.
Give your Doctor or Pharmacist a list of things that cause your headache, make them worse or helps you feel better.

What happens after treatment?
Once you start your treatment program, keep track of how well its working. Note that it may take time for you and your Doctor of Pharmacist to find best treatment, so try to be patient.

A sinus infection or sinusitis is a common condition that affects over 30 million people each year, according to the institude of allergy and infectious diseases. The infection occurs when yours sinuses and nasal passages become inflamed. The sinuses are small air pockets located behind your forehead, nose, cheek bones and eyes. The sinuses produce mucus which is a jelly-like liquid that protects the body by trapping germs.

Sometimes bacteria or allergrns can cause too much mucus to form which blocks the opening of your sinuses. Excess mucus is common if you have a cold or allergies. This mucus build-up can encourage bacteria and germs to grow in your sinus cavity leading to viral or bacterial infections.
