Blending 'The Old Country' flavors of Portugal and Italy together, this blend brings out old school flavors for Fish to Cioppino and all things brought from the sea. Stopped in to Tunaville Market and Grocery with some fresh rubs. Took home some wahoo and dry aged swordfish.

Did not get to make a post yesterday. Close friend shared some loins and belly made and smoked with different blends. With a lot of Toro we made paper plates of sashimi in 5 different flavors and shared with friends for parties. Raw, season and seared with sprinkle, and then with the same over plus blend.
