We welcome Production Students August 12-17th to build, paint, and light the show!

Registration for the Broadway Our Way Summer Camp will be extended through May. Our new registration deadline is June 1!
We have phenomenal instruction lined up for our Technical Crew to not only learn all the technical aspects that go into putting on the show, but to perform those tasks! This is an incredible opportunity for our youth to learn this side of performance. Not everyone wants to be on stage. Many of us like to produce, plan, stage manage, set the lighting, and run the sound. There are so many elements that go into a show. And during the week of July 24-28th through Stowe Children's Theater children ages 8-12 can learn this amazing art! Registrations forms available via email to: [email protected]

We still have space for the performing side of camp too. Have a child aged 6-12 who LOVES to perform? This is the camp for them! We perform 8 different Broadway songs in 4.5 days. Its a hoot! Shakespeare in Spring! Please join us this spring for a free five week series learning Shakespeare! Each student will choose and memorize a monologue from one of Shakespeare's plays and the perform that monologue for you the parents.
Classes will be the following dates:

4/3, 4/10,4/24,5/1, 5/8 From 3-5 pm

Greetings! Registration for our fall "Poetry Play" series through the Stowe Free Library is now open! The dates for the class are: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24. Anyone in grades 1-3rd is welcome to join us for a 5 week session focused on memorizing then performing poetry!

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat day 3. Great amazing day filled with hard working lovely children, and THE most creative group of choreographers and music director. My cup runneth over. 🎭

Class time: 3:00-4:30 pm
Ages: Kindergarten - 4th grade
The classes will start right after school with an option to have your child picked right up at the school. Once we get to the library we will enjoy a snack and then jump right into out theatre art projects and games and songs and fun! For those of you looking to add a little more drama to your children's lives, SCT will be hosting free theatre workshops the month of July. Every Monday and Wednesday from 2-3:30, we will play games, read stories, and exersize our dramatic imaginations! Please join us by registering through the Stowe Free Library.

Pretty productive trip to the thrift store! A couple of newsies hats and my Fiddler scarves! As the date of our camp approaches my excitement grows!

Stowe Children's Theatre will be at the Stowe Free Library this Monday May 4th. I am offering a free theatre games workshop for 1st-4th graders. It's an hour long class from 3-4p right after school. Feel free to private message me to pick up your child in the gym. The Library graciously offers a snack, and then we all have fun learning different elements used in Theatre!

It's time for me to doubt less and do more!
