My daily routine was two drops each of Frankincense for inflammation, copaiba for cellular support and Siberian fir to clean cell receptors.
When I got home from convention in September I thought it would be a good idea to add some of the new powerhouse oils. Now Iโm seeing several post with a similar blend called โSkinny๐Jeansโ, well...that might explain how Iโve been successfully loosing unwanted pounds since starting this! ๐๐๐๐ป๐
I also take 2 Mito2Max twice a day with my super hero blend.
๐ Copaiba: great for temporary inflammation, or aches, incredible oil to support your major body functions.
๐Frankincense: supports your immune and inflammatory system, as well as emotional stability.
๐Siberian fir to clean cell receptors so everything works more efficiently.
๐Yarrow|Pom: has amazing antioxidant properties. Combats free radicals and supports a healthy metabolism.
๐Turmeric: Supports a healthy gut, temporary inflammation and is fantastic for mood support.
๐Pink Pepper: Great for reducing anxious feelings and metabolic support.
2๏ธโฃ drops of each oil in a veggie capsule twice a day. This is my preventative lifestyle. This is how I feel incredible every single day. This is how Iโm realizing my joints donโt hurt. So this morning was a peppermint coffee kinda morning! I've been a bit sniffly the last few days and wasn't sure if I should hit the gym for my usual session. A drop of peppermint in my coffee cleared my airways and a roll of it on my neck and wrists gave me the boost I needed. Smashed It! ๐๐ผ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Now if only I was as motivated for the house work ๐คฃ

When the kids find a spider and you suggest we use the spider spray- everyone wants to take turns! But hey it's ok because it's 100% natural and they're 'trying' to help ๐คฃ! My house has also had a natural air freshener sprayed all over the glass doors- smells of peppermint!

Yay! It's the weekend! We're having a bit of family time!
We're on the road so it's a travel coffee for me! 1 drop of peppermint essential oil added and it turn my regular coffee into a Gourmet, hit to the senses, opening my airways, settling to the tum and tastes Amazing!
Give it a try! Just be ready the first couple of mouthfuls can be extra awakening if you don't stir it!

I love to buy my toilet paper in bulk from 'who gives a crap'. They give 50% of profits to help build toilets. It's 100% recycled and has no nasties fragrances etc! And it's 1 less thing to put in the trolley when food shopping with 3 kids! ๐คฃ I use a drop of lemongrass inside the roll for a refreshing smell. What essential oil would u like to use on your toilet paper? ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฝ
