Practice has been cancelled for today

It is October which is Breast Cancer Awareness month. The boys can wear all the pink they want!!!! I will have pink ribbons for their helmets if they would like one. Tomorrow is picture day as well. Please arrive NO LATER than 8:30am so they will have time to warm up afterward

Parade time!!
We need everyone that is going to ride in the parade to meet in front of the multipurpose building no later than 5:15 please.The players may bring bags of candy to throw if they wish. They can wear their jerseys & shorts. They usually meet at the practice field for pick up after the parade is over

From Coach D: Tough loss today, I know we had some kids that did not get in alot. Im sorry about that and I will do better. We are going to do some major changes next week and I want to make sure we are all on the same page, our goal is to be Champions, and have fun along the way. I hope to see everyone next week.

Important Dates & Info

*Saturday September 16th is picture day*
The photography company is requiring prepayment on the packages this year. There will not be any deposits because everything will have to be paid for on Saturday. Further information about arrival time will be announced later this week. We ask that EVERYONE be there, even if you will not be purchasing individual pictures, so that we can have a TEAM picture!

*Thursday September 21st is the Homecoming Parade*

*Saturday September 23rd is the drawing for raffle tickets*

*Parents*

I will have raffle tickets to hand out today so please be sure to pick them up.

-Each player will be given a book of 10.
-We ask that you sell at least 1 book(10 tickets)
-PLEASE be sure that your child's name is on the back of the ticket stubs & the front is completely filled out. We ask that the stubs remain stapled in the books of 10 as this will make counting much MUCH easier. This is important bc there will be a prize for the top individual seller
-There will also be a reward for the team that sells the most

•Please be sure that helmets are clean & all old decals etc are removed completely.
•Also, I still have a few that are missing registration & decal payments. If you are one of the ones that owe please see myself or Coach Black!
•If you will be ordering blue pants please make SURE that I have your child's name & pant size as well.
•Players will have their jerseys tomorrow. They will need to be turned back in to me immediately after the game so we can have their names added to the back!!!

Good morning! This announcement does not pertain to everyone but I'm posting so that folks are in the loop.....🔄

I was made aware that there were some discrepancies with jersey numbers. I have been working and trying my best to resolve them.

Those that came in alittle later may not have the exact number that they wanted because the order was already placed and Keith assigned them one. There should not be any sizing issues. I am in close correspondence with Graphic Garage and continuing to check in on everything.

I knew I was forgetting something!

Also, I have forms for everyone to fill out. I will need these along with a COPY of the players birth certificate, & a picture by Saturday's game as well. They are for the book that the coaches are required to have. Thanks!

Ok everyone....lots of stuff:

1) We are sticking with blue pants. Some of you may have some from last year and that is perfectly fine. IF you do not have blue pants or the ones you currently have no longer work I will be getting a list together so they can be ordered. I was informed today that Keith received a call about the "try on" pants which are somewhere in Hurricane Harvey(they were requested and mailed at the end of last week). We typically get the pants within two days of placing the order but that will not be happening now either so we are on to Plan B. The pants will be $15.

2) Decals have been ordered and should be arriving very soon. All helmets will need to have old decals removed and to be cleaned(all adhesive off) by Thursday's practice. Decals are $10, please see me if you need to pay. I will not hand out decals to those who have not paid.

3)We will be getting our jerseys before Saturday's game.

4) We will be getting parent shirts before Saturday's game.

5) If you have not completely paid your registration please see me to do so....deadline is Saturday!
