LOOK | MR. AND MS. MHS FOUNDATION 2024

Mambayawas High School held its highly anticipated "Search for Mr. and Ms. Foundation 2024" on March 1, 2024, at Mambayawas Basketball Court, Libmanan, Camarines Sur in celebration of the 35th Founding Anniversary of Mambayawas High School.

The evening was filled with excitement and anticipation as students from different grade levels showcased their beauty as they vie for the various awards.

The event began with an opening prayer led by Nerissa Bocato, a Filipino Teacher at Mambayawas High School.

The atmosphere was charged with patriotism as Marian Joy Vivas led the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the MHS Hymn.

Christopher Cañaveral, a SHS Teacher, took the stage to deliver the opening remarks, setting the tone for the evening. Maria Isabel Geronilla, the event's lady of ceremony, followed with the reading of the criteria for judging and the introduction of the esteemed panel of judges.

The candidates took the stage for their captivating production number, leaving the audience in awe of their talent and showmanship. The energy continued to rise as Cristel Orosco, a talented Grade 12 student, delivered a mesmerizing intermission song number.

Cristian Dave Laguidao presented the proceeds of the event where he presented one (1) bass marimba, one (1) snare drum, one (1) pair of cymbals, and a set of repaired DLC intruments. He additionally seek the continuous support from the stakeholders.

The candidates then showcased their style and confidence in the Casual Wear Competition, captivating the audience with their unique fashion choices.

Hon. Brgy. Kgwd. Jojo Frondozo delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the candidates and emphasizing the importance of unity and determination in helping Mamabayawas High School reach its full betterment.

The evening continued with thrilling intermission performances by a group of talented Hiphop dancers and a captivating display of traditional Filipino culture by the Folk dancers.

Dr. Rosalinda R. Aureus, the school head, delivered hes message where she expressed hee overwhelming gratitude to the significant poeple who had been supporting Mambawayas High School.

Next, the candidates donned their school uniforms, representing their respective grade levels with pride. The stage came alive with their vibrant energy and unity, showcasing the spirit of Mambayawas High School.

The Red Collection competition followed, where the candidates displayed their elegance and grace in stunning red outfits, leaving the audience in awe of their beauty and charisma.

Throughout the event, minor awards were presented, recognizing outstanding performances in various categories. The audience was serenaded by the enchanting voice of Cristel Orosco, adding energy to the evening.

Cristian Dave Laguidao, the School Cultural Coordinator, delivered the closing remarks, expressing gratitude to everyone involved in making the event a success.

Finally, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived as the major awards were announced.

Zaira Sigalat, a talented Grade 10 student, was crowned Ms. MHS Foundation 2024, while Dan Harlei Ragudo, a charismatic Grade 8 student, earned the title of Mr. MHS Foundation 2024. The first runner-up positions were awarded to Janella Joy Frondozo (Grade 12) and Harvey Orbon (Grade 7) while 2nd runner-up were Rochelle Oriño (Grade 7) and Jay Ian Ken Curioso (Grade 10).

The night concluded with a thanksgiving ball.
