On this date 10 years ago, San Francisco hosted the 34th America's Cup.
What an exciting time it was especially when Oracle Team USA won the Cup in such a grand fashion! In an interview later, Larry Ellison jokingly said that it was a possibility that the 35th America's Cup could be held off the shores of Lanai (his little island) in Hawaii.
