Tonight I was craving something green and whipped up a mega batch of my ‘goodness salad’. A combination of all things green in a tasty green dressing. It’s delicious and so easy to make. Recipe in comments.

Happy to try these meat free sausages from Richmond pork sausages were a staple when I was growing up and it’s great to see them adapting their product offerings. They need a tad more seasoning for my liking but still a good taste and texture. I’d buy them again

Today’s trial lunch is the spicy spacebar from It’s like a pepperami sausage snack but obviously without the meat. Coconut fat, wheat protein, h**p seeds, spices and natural smoke. Pretty tasty on its own and would work well chopped in a salad or pasta.
