When your first delivery arrives
It’s been too long since I’ve had a great salad for dinner. Sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion and chickpeas in a tahini chilli dressing served alongside a beyond meat burger, sautéed mushrooms and violife cheese - divine!
It’s been a while - homemade pizza for Friday ‘stay at home’ dinner
Really enjoyed making and eating this roasted miso Aubergine with edamame rice and cashews from the range. Such a great flavour and lovely ingredients delivered to the door
Happy to try these meat free sausages from Richmond pork sausages were a staple when I was growing up and it’s great to see them adapting their product offerings. They need a tad more seasoning for my liking but still a good taste and texture. I’d buy them again
Today’s trial lunch is the spicy spacebar from It’s like a pepperami sausage snack but obviously without the meat. Coconut fat, wheat protein, h**p seeds, spices and natural smoke. Pretty tasty on its own and would work well chopped in a salad or pasta.
I may not be celebrating my freedom in the healthiest way but I am having fun - isn’t that what life’s all about?

More delicious salads this week. Not raw but still delicious. Kale, chickpea and avocado in a lemon dressing and potato, radish and pea in a tahini dressing
Morning routine. 1) Wash and chop a whole head of celery 2) Blend for about 60-90 seconds in a high-speed blender 3) Strain through a fine nut-milk bag or muslin and 4) Enjoy!
