Saw the Gaia at Tewksbury Abbey this morning,

This lady works incredibly hard, and has helped me gain confidence to attempt exercise. After a number of months of not doing anything. I had suffered a severe abdominal separation and hernia after having my second daughter, which required a large surgery to fix, taking 3-6 months to recover, I have attended conventioal gyms in the past, which is not an environment I feel at all comfortable in! So, I started Sam’s 8 week programme, where she provided a 1:1 PT session a week and then the option to choose from a range of workouts that you can follow live or access at a convenient time that fits around you. This works great when you have kids! Sam is friendly, supportive and encouraging, she has listened to me and taken on board my individual needs and adapted each workout to suit them. No two workouts are the same. I would highly recommend Sam. Thank you Sam 😊
