If you love Crab Rangoons, try these! Yum!
Ingredients
- 6 oz (175 g) can of lump crabmeat or imitation crab, shredded and chopped
- 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) soy sauce
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
- 24 wonton wrappers
Directions
1. Combine crab, softened cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce and sriracha (if using) in a large bowl.
2. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) of filling to a wonton wrapper, brush edges of wrappers with water. Fold corners towards the center and press edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining wontons.
3. Spray them all with oil. Cook in the Deluxe Air Fryer (top and middle rack) on the BAKE setting (350°F) for 8-10 minutes or until browned. Serve with sweet chili sauce or our Spicy Pineapple Rum Sauce.
