My base ingredients include teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder. I currently have five flavors available Orginal, Fresh Honey, Sweet Chipotle-spiced, Sweet & Spicy, and my newest one Fueled By Heat. Fueled By Heat not as hot as it sounds but has just the right amount of heat for you folks that like your jerky with some kick. Sweet & Spicy has the perfect amount of sweetness with just a little bit of spice that is quite addicting. Orginal- if orginal is your thing, look no further! My orginal is made with a slight taste of traditional teriyaki and pepper. Sweet Chipotle-spiced- Made from the authentic flavors of Mexican chipotle, this jerky brings together natural smokiness, a sensation of moderate heat, and a hint of honey to create the perfect balance of sweet and smoky. All of my friends and coworkers love my jerky so much that I decided to start selling it. 1) I purchase high quality USDA choice grade angus from my local meat market and have the meat thinly sliced to produce great quality, tender, mouth watering jerky
2) I marinate the meat in high quality seasonings for 48 hours to infuse the flavors
3) I slow-cook and smoke the jerky for 6-10 hrs.
4) After the meat has cooled I vacuum seal the jerky to ensure it stays fresh during shipping and weeks to come (no MSG or preservatives are used!) My number one goal is to be able to produce healthy delicious snack without the harmful chemicals store bought jerky will put into your body!!
5) This process can take 3-5 days depending on when I last purchased meat which I usually do on a weekly basis
