Pancake Sausage Muffins

2 cups Pancake Mix (we used Kodiak for extra protein)
1 lb ground sausage
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 cup shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Honey Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup of Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Place ingredients in a medium bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to combine until smooth. Serve with your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
