So I recently started a brand new class here in Dunblane ‘Seniors Pilates for the over 70’s’ on Wednesday mornings.
Classes are going well with lots of smiles and laughs but the best bit is seeing progress and improvements in balance, co-ordination and strength even in just 3 weeks. Am so enjoying doing these classes. This video is to inspire this wet Saturday morning 😁. But don’t be alarmed I’m not having a set of parallel bars brought to class 😂
